EmergiNet's patented technology is a 2-app system that connects a call-for-help (CFH) app user directly to the command center to a network of responders, including fire, security, and first aid teams. When an emergency is reported through the responder app coming from the CFH app, the command center dispatches the right responders for the specific emergency using real-time data on location and availability. Responders can communicate and coordinate in real time, sharing information as the situation unfolds.

Ideally, there should be one responder-app command center for every 250 emergency call-for-help users, within a radius of 500 meters. However, the responders-to-coverage area ratio for achieving a 60-second response time can vary based on factors like emergency type, building layout, and population density. It's important to have enough responders, but other factors like training, equipment, communication, coordination, and drills also affect response time. These factors work together to improve emergency response procedures and overall efficiency.
